Project Description: LEES+Associates undertook a detail assessment of the Perpetual Care Fund for this complex municipal cemetery system. An analysis of future maintenance costs within both the historic, current and expanding sections of the cemetery were undertaken. Performance analyses of the PCF in close collaboration with staff from the Parks, Finance and CEO's office resulted in recommendations regarding PCF contributions and proposed timelines for future reviews and use of the interest from the fund.
